Plastering & structural repairs
Skimming, re-plastering and the structural repairs that come up when an older house is opened up.
Plastering is part of nearly every job we do, and we also take it on its own — a ceiling that needs replacing, a room that has been damaged, or making good after someone else’s work.
Structural repairs come out of the same visit: lintels, openings and the sort of movement cracking that older houses in Hertfordshire show sooner or later. Fred will say plainly whether something needs a structural engineer before we price it.
