A family firm, 30 years in
Grosvenor Builders has been trading for over 30 years, run by the same family from Brookmans Park. We work across Hertfordshire and into North London, and most of our work comes from people who were recommended to us by a previous customer.
We deliberately run one job at a time with the same small team rather than several at once with subcontractors. It is the reason we are usually booked months ahead, and the reason a job that starts finishes.
How a job runs
Fred visits, walks the work with you and writes an estimate you will be held to. Where the job needs Building Control, he arranges it and keeps the paperwork. Daniel and James do the work, and the three of them come back for anything that needs putting right afterwards.
Checked, approved and insured
We are a Which? Trusted Trader, which means Which? has vetted the business and moderates every review left about us. We are also Hertfordshire Trading Standards Approved — that involves a DBS check and a Trading Standards intelligence check on the business itself. We carry public liability insurance.
