An extension is the longest job we do and the one where having the same team throughout matters most. Foundations, brickwork, steels, roof, windows, plastering, electrics, plumbing and decoration are all ours, so there is nobody to chase and no gaps in the schedule waiting on a subcontractor.
Building Control
Fred deals with Building Control, arranges the inspections at the right stages and holds on to the paperwork you will want when you come to sell.
Living in the house while we work
Most families stay put through an extension. Where we can, we sequence the work so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom for as long as possible — on one recent job we fitted a temporary kitchen so the family never had to move out.
